- Return with all packaging, dust bags and/or authenticity cards/certificate included in the original order.

- Return Item/s in its original condition, not damaged, soiled or altered.

For online purchase returns/canceled orders:

- Through payment of Afterpay or Paypal, a percentage fee will be retained depending on the service provider.
(Afterpay and PayPal do not refund store fees)

- Through payment of Laybuy orders, service fee from the initial payment of the price will apply.

- Through payment of Zip Pay, Bank Transfer and Credit Card, no fees/ hidden fees occurs, full refund will be processed to buyer.
