- All returns accepted, for any reason, when initiated within the 14 days from date of purchase.
- Initial shipping costs not refundable if order is under AUD 150.

International Returns
- All returns accepted, for any reason, when initiated within the 14 days from date of purchase.
- Initial shipping cost of AUD 85 per item not refundable.
- Non-payment of import duty and tax will result a return of package to Royal Bag Spa.
- ALL cost of returned package (inbound & outbound) fully deducted from buyer's refund.

Royal Bag Spa understand how it is always hard to love an item until you have it in your hands, so for a peace of
mind, we provide all our customers 14 days to return the item to us from the date of purchase, for any reason!

Simply take note of the following to process your return and refund.

- Make sure you notify us as soon as possible once you received the item if you change your mind.

- Do not remove Royal Bag Spa tag attached to the item.

- Return with all packaging, dust bags and/or authenticity cards/certificate included in the original order.

- Return Item/s in its original condition, not damaged, soiled or altered.

For online purchase returns/canceled orders:

- Through payment of Afterpay or Paypal, a percentage fee will be retained depending on the service provider.
(Afterpay and PayPal do not refund store fees)

- Through payment of Laybuy orders, service fee from the initial payment of the price will apply.

- Through payment of Zip Pay, Bank Transfer and Credit Card, no fees/ hidden fees occurs, full refund will be processed to buyer.
