2. To help prevent scuffs, use soft materials when cleaning, such as old clothes or soft paper to protect the exterior of your bag.
3. Make sure that you air your bag every six months, even if it has not been used.
4. Remember to store your Gucci bag with a dehumidifier, as you do not want too much moisture to cause damage.
5. When using leather cleaners, make sure that you test the cleaner on a small-unseen area, as leather products all act differently to different cleaners.

Step 1 - if you have a Suede Gucci bag - use a small back and forth scrubbing motion to brush gently on the surface of the bag.

Step 2 - if you have a Leather Gucci bag, wash it with lukewarm water and soap. Use soft rubbing motions to clean the surface of the bag. Once it is clean, allow it to dry and then apply some leather conditioner onto a cloth and rub this gently onto your bag.

Step 3 - For any scuffmarks, use a terry cloth or a microfiber cloth in a circular motion. This will lift away any dark marks that are on light coloured leathers.
