14-DAYS RETURN POLICY FOR USED ITEMS

We guarantee the authenticity and condition of every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on an item that has been carried, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a prompt refund.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEM STATED AS "  BRAND NEW IN BOX "  DOES NOT INCLUDE IN THE 14-DAYS RETURN POLICY.

We keep returns hassle-free! You do not have to contact us for a return authorization number prior to sending your item. All we ask is that you do not remove the Royal Bag Spa tag attached to your item and that you return the item in the condition you received it. We also ask that all original papers and box are returned.

For returns/canceled Afterpay or PayPal orders, a percentage fee will be retained depending on the service provider (Afterpay, and PayPal do not refund store fees). For returns/canceled layby orders a service fee of the initial payment of the price will apply. If there is a chance of a return, we suggest purchasing using a credit card in-store, Bank Transfer or Zip Pay to ensure you can return for free.

Please note that In-store purchases can only be refundable in store credit.

Postage costs are not refundable. A return can be made by emailing us at [email protected] before 5pm AEST on the final day of the returns period, and then by promptly following our returns instructions given.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM

Follow these simple steps:
  • Please select a local courier. If you are missing the delivery box that we used, please use a similar sized cardboard box for the return.
  • Package your return. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for safely packing your return so we receive the items in their original condition including the dust bag and all cards. Please ensure that the Royal - Bag Spa tag is intact and not cut off. We can only accept returns if they are sent back to its actual condition as we sent to you. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the policy has not been adhered to. If your item is defected or incorrectly shipped, Royal Bag Spa will provide a reimbursement of postage costs upon receipt of your courier invoice which can be emailed to [email protected].
  • Ship it to us. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping expense. Postage insurance and appointing Signature with Post is also your responsibility as Royal Bag Spa will not be liable for lost or stolen packages.

CAN I DROP OFF MY RETURN IN PERSON?

Yes. You may return the package to the address above to our store, but please make effort to make an appointment before your visit.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Returns by post will take 2-7 business days to reach our store, please refer to the tracking number provided for your reference. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for our returns team to physically receive and check the stock upon receipt by our receiving dock. Once checked, you will be notified via email by our returns department.

ONCE A RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED, HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Your return will be processed within 3-5 working days. You will be issued a refund in the same form as the original payment method. Please note that this credit will not include any original shipping charges (unless shipping charges has been included by Royal Bag Spa), Zippay, Afterpay, or PayPal charges.

Due to their exclusive and extremely valuable nature, we offer a 3 days’ return policy on Hermes Birkin, Kelly and Constance handbags from the day the item has been received.
